Will it really look like my child?
Yes - face, hair and skin tone stay recognizable across all 12 chapters. You see the cover and first chapter free before you pay; if it does not look like them, you do not pay.
Can more than one person be in the book?
Yes. Family stories add a grandparent, parent or sibling - up to four people, each drawn from their own photo. Family editions are 15% more.
What does the printed book look like?
An 8 by 8 inch hardcover, 28 pages on 170 gsm silk paper, matt-laminated cover, a full-page illustration for every chapter. Real pages are on our inside-the-book page.
When will it arrive?
We print in the country we ship to wherever we can, so most books are a domestic delivery: six days to the United Kingdom, six to eight to Germany, New Zealand and Singapore, nine to ten in the United States and Canada, nine to fourteen to Ireland and Australia. Counted from when you approve the book, and quoted by our printer, not guessed. Checkout ships to 33 countries, and the digital edition is instant everywhere.
Is my child's photo safe?
It is used once, to draw the illustrated character, then deleted. Never sold, never shared, never used to train anything.
What ages is it for?
Written for roughly 2-8. Also a lovely keepsake for a new baby or a first day of school.
What if I'm not happy?
You approve every page before anything prints; if it is not right, we redraw it. Each book is made for one named child, so we fix rather than refund - and we reprint free if it arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as you approved.
