K2 graduation books, one for every child
A personalised hardcover for each child graduating K2, every one the hero of their own story. Printed locally and delivered to the centre in one parcel.
The MOE school year ends in the third week of November, so K2 graduation is one of the most fixed dates in this list - and Singapore is also the easiest market on it to hit, because the books are printed in-country rather than flown in.

You have more room here than an Australian centre does
Delivery inside Singapore is 6 to 8 days from the moment you approve the class, printed locally - against nine to fourteen for an Australian centre, where the books are imported. For the same November ceremony, a Singapore preschool can start noticeably later.
Even so, the slow part is not us. Collecting a photograph from every family takes about a fortnight however fast the printing is, so send the parent links in the first half of October and the ceremony looks after itself.
Who this suits
K2 cohorts graduating to Primary 1, MOE Kindergartens, and the anchor and private preschool operators - plus N2 and K1 rooms marking a year end. The minimum is five children.
A K2 graduation already has a ceremony, a certificate and a photograph. What it usually does not have is anything the child can still read to themselves at eight.
The centre pays, or the families do
You choose before anything is charged. If the centre funds it, the books are a graduation gift, and any child whose family never sends a photograph is refunded to you when you print the rest.
If families fund it, the centre spends nothing and carries no risk: each parent buys their own child's book from the link you send, and the single delivery charge is split evenly across the class.
Prices are charged in US dollars and your card converts: about $39.47 a book for a class of ten and $36.47 for thirty, plus one delivery charge for the whole parcel.
What a parent has to do
One photograph, from a phone, in under a minute. They open the link you send, see their own child's name and your centre's name, add a photo, tick the consent box, and that is the end of their part. No account, no app, nothing to install.
They see nothing about any other family - not the class list, not how many children are in the order.
Common questions
When should we order for a November K2 graduation?
Send the parent links in the first half of October. Photograph collection takes about a fortnight, and delivery inside Singapore is 6 to 8 days from approval because the books are printed locally.
Are the books printed in Singapore?
Yes, which is why the window is 6 to 8 days rather than the nine to fourteen an imported market waits. One parcel to the centre, one delivery charge for the whole class.
Are prices in Singapore dollars?
No - charged in US dollars, and your card converts. About $39.47 US a book for a class of ten and $36.47 at thirty.
Can we run this for K1 or N2 as well?
Yes. Nothing about it is specific to a graduating cohort - a class is a class. The minimum is 5 children and the largest single order is 120.
What if a family never sends a photograph?
Leave that child out when you send the rest to print and their book is refunded to whoever paid. Your class page shows who is outstanding so the chasing is targeted.
