The United States is the one market on this list with no single date to work back from. Singapore graduates K2 in the third week of November and an English nursery finishes in July, but a pre-K ceremony in the US is set by the district and lands anywhere from the middle of May to the end of June - so the useful thing is not a deadline, it is knowing which part of this takes the longest.
The slow part is not the printing
Delivery inside the US is 9 to 10 days from the moment you approve the class, printed domestically - so there is nothing to import and no customs step to plan around.
Collecting a photograph from every family takes about a fortnight however fast the printing is, and it is the only part you do not control. Send the parent links a month before the ceremony and the rest of it looks after itself; send them the week before and the printing window is not what will have let you down.
Who this suits
Pre-K and kindergarten classes marking a move-up, preschool and Montessori programs at year end, and elementary classrooms wanting something for the last day that is not another certificate. The minimum is five children.
A moving-up ceremony already has a cap, a photograph and a certificate that goes in a drawer. What it usually does not have is anything the child can still read to themselves at eight.
The school pays, or the families do
You choose before anything is charged. If the school or the parent committee funds it, the books are a graduation gift, and any child whose family never sends a photograph is refunded to you when you print the rest.
If families fund it, the school spends nothing and carries no risk: each parent buys their own child's book from the link you send, and the single delivery charge is split evenly across the class.

What a parent has to do
