Common questions
What is the best personalized book for a 5-year-old?
Five-year-olds respond best to stories about something they have just achieved or are nervous about - starting school, swimming, riding a bike without stabilizers, a first sleepover. Every title on this page is written for the 4-6 band, which is the largest part of our collection.
Can a 6-year-old read it themselves?
Partly, and that is often the appeal. The story is generated at the reading level you choose during setup, so you can pitch it at read-to-me or nearly-read-it-myself. Most six-year-olds read some lines and let you take the rest.
Is a personalized book a good starting-school gift?
